Hefe zerbr\u00f6ckeln, mit 1 Prise Zucker und 240 ml Milch anr\u00fchren, in die Mulde gie\u00dfen und ca. 15 Minuten zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Vorteig mit Salz, Butter, restlichem Zucker, Zitronen-und Orangenschale, Ei, Cashew und Rosinen zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Teig zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort ca. 45 Minuten gehen lassen, bis das doppelte Volumen erreicht ist.<\/li>\n<li>Teig nochmals kneten, in drei Teile teilen, Str\u00e4nge daraus formen und zu einem Zopf flechten. Vor dem Backen Teig erneut ca. 10\u201315 Minuten gehen lassen.
